Thomas P. Lynch

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Lynch is a member of the RG+A executive management team and is responsible for financial operations and administration. Over the past fifteen+ years of his career, Tom has supported entrepreneurial professional services businesses, gaining experience in all facets of organizational management, including finance, human resources, information technology and facilities management.

Prior to joining RG+A, Tom was CFO of ISO Health Care Group, a management consulting firm providing strategy-based consulting solutions to clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device sectors. He supported ISO’s growth from a small, Connecticut-based business, to a mid-sized, international firm with regional offices in Paris, London and Montreal.

Earlier in his career, Tom was a Controller and Tax Manager with Marketing Corporation of America, a diversified enterprise involved with marketing services, air transportation, real estate, venture capital, restaurant management and various other service businesses. He began his career with KPMG Peat Marwick as an auditor serving public and privately-held clients in a wide range of industries.

Mr. Lynch received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairfield University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
