Dr. Duncan is a member of the executive management team and works closely with the Client Strategies team on large, strategically focused projects. He is also responsible for the training and mentoring of RG+A’s growing cadre of researchers. During his tenure at RG+A, Bruce has helped advance the company’s methodologies and analytics, and has developed core modeling platforms that integrate RG+A methods and results.
In a market research career spanning more than 4 decades, Bruce has managed and led research teams in pharmaceuticals, packaged goods, and alcoholic beverages. Immediately prior to joining RG+A, he was with Searle/Pharmacia, where he managed the US market research function for 3 years and led research for global development programs for arthritis and cardiovascular products.
Bruce also brings an extensive background in the design and analysis of consumer research, from his research management positions at Colgate-Palmolive Canada, and Labatt Breweries.
Dr. Duncan has a BA in Psychology from the University of Waterloo (Canada) and an MA, Ph.D. in Social/Personality Psychology from the University of Kansas.
